Requesting a new mobineX network number
There are two options available for getting a new number from the mobineX
Online – on our
website, by pressing the “Join us” button above
After pressing the
button, you will go to the registration page, where you must enter your Name,
Surname and email in the corresponding fields and press the
"Continue" button
Choose the desired
mobile bundle and press the "Continue" button again,
Upon initiating the process, you will be directed to a page where you choose the way how you want to get the SIM card. We offer two options:
1) SIM card delivered
to you by postal service
2) Pick it up in
person from one of our service points
If you select the
courier service option, we will require specifying the location where you would
like to receive the SIM card
Once you have
provided the necessary details, you will proceed to the payment page where you
will need to enter your preferred bank card information and carefully follow
the instructions provided to finalize the payment process. If courier
service is selected, our representative will get in touch with you to
double-check the delivery address before dispatching the SIM card.
Once you receive the SIM
card physically, it is important to activate your number from our website by
following the Number Activation link above.
To activate your mobile
number, insert the SIM card into your phone and go to the number activation
page. Input the number written on the SIM card in the designated field, then
click the "Activate Number" button. On the same page, you will receive
a one-time code via SMS to your mobineX number for verification, which you must
enter in the corresponding field.
If you chose pic up service you will need to visit any of our service points indicated below.
Please have the
collection code with you to show it to the operator. We have three service
points where operators are ready to assist you with a range of services, such
as registering a new SIM card, purchasing mobile bundles, installing your SIM
card in your device, activate it one behalf of you and other operations that
you need to get your mobile services.

Kindly note that to
complete the number registration process, you must purchase the preferred
mobile bundle. The bundle will be activated after Number Activation Process
either by you online or by the operator from our service points.
