If you need in-person assistance, mobineX service points are available across the country. You can collect our SIM card in any part of Georgia. You will not have to wait long at a service centre to receive it. Registration is completed online and remotely in this case as well. You select your preferred pickup point in advance, and your prepared card will be handed to you when you arrive.

When Should You Buy a Physical SIM Card?

To find out whether your device has eSIM functionality, follow these simple steps:
iOS (iPhone): Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data. If you see the option Add eSIM / Add Cellular Plan, your phone supports eSIM.
Android: Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Card Manager. If the menu includes the Add eSIM option, your phone supports eSIM.
If you cannot find these features on your phone, it means you will need a physical SIM card for your trip.
